What you'll be doing:
Identify and support the development of client process design and solutions
Define business requirements documentation
Lead in functional design and full life cycle of system implementation
Hands-on responsibility for configuration and integration(s)
Build strong relationships to partner with the client to enable and improve their knowledge and system confidence
Support the testing of client solutions
Deliver training and support for client teams
Provide system support and solutions on configuration issues
Manage simultaneous system implementations and project work streams
Support the development of internal team knowledge and expertise
Be a trailblazer for new ways of working and latest software releases
Some travel may be involved, including occasionally overseas if required
Your background:
End user or configuration experience with HR and / or Payroll systems, (in particular Sage People or Ceridian Dayforce) would be advantageous
Experience and / or accreditation in Salesforce highly desirable
Ability to work with a team and on own initiative
Strong interpersonal, time management and organisational skills are essential
Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Delivery of high levels of customer (internal and external) experience
Ability to deal with and prioritise conflicting tasks
Keenness to learn new skills and enhance existing knowledge
Experience of working in a fast-paced role or environment
